Dispatch Details

Orders are collected from our warehouse in the Netherlands by our courier partners Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Our wonderful team may sometimes process your order on the weekend, for your order ready to be collected by the couriers on Monday.  We aim to despatch all EU orders within 2 working days. Orders to Switzerland and Norway may take a couple of days extra.

Preorders will have a different delivery schedule as detailed on the product page at the time of ordering and outlined in your order confirmation email. Please get in touch via support@totterandtumble.eu if you have any queries.

Please note, once an order is placed, we are unable to edit or cancel the order on your behalf so please check the order details carefully before purchase.


Delivery Rates

All our delivery rates have been subsidised to help our Totter + Tumblers out as much as possible:

*For Finland, please be aware that the courier may deliver to your local Parcelshop/Post office for collection only. 

As Totter + Tumble are now a registered business in Europe, and our playmats are dispatched from within Europe, all the chaos of Brexit and courier charges should be behind us. 

Aside from shipping charges, all our Totter + Tumblers pay the same price for their playmats. For playmats delivered to EU delivery addresses, there should be no further fees or duties. Non-EU countries based in Europe we are sending delivered duties paid however please note there may be additional customs and duties charges.

Please note,  orders delivered to non-EU countries are sent VAT paid but may be subject to additional local customs, taxes and duties that are payable by the recipient at delivery. Unfortunately we cannot advise on these so please do enquire locally before ordering as original shipping costs can not be refunded if rejected at country of delivery.

You can expect to receive your Totter + Tumble playmat within 14 working days from dispatch. Within your Shipping Confirmation email you will receive the tracking to follow your playmat on its journey to you.

Typically, couriers will attempt delivery once and may then take the parcel to your local depot or post office for collection. We are unfortunately unable to organise redelivery for you, so do follow the tracking carefully for the estimated delivery date.

As stated in the Terms & Conditions at purchase, the only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, inner and outer protective packaging intact and as it arrived to you) - a baby might use it after all. 

2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.

Our playmats are oversized and heavy. If you want to find out of the cost of a possible return before ordering, our warehouse is based in the Netherlands.

Please note that you must inform us of any imperfections on the playmat within 7 days of receiving it.

3. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

4. Sale items and Gift Vouchers are not be eligible for return.

If you wish to return a playmat or swatch, please contact us at support@totterandtumble.eu as Swatches are dispatched from and returned to the United Kingdom.
